The cotton jersey layer has pointed panels, pointy lace inserts and a gauzy under layer complete with lace ruffle frill for extra flounce. The elasticated waist is soft and super stretchy and there is a tie too for the perfect fit. The cotton jersey is embroidered with floral motifs and borders for extra whimsy.
