These small coin purses or pouches are handmade from handwoven Nepali Gheri Cotton. The fabric they are made from, both outer and lining, is offcuts from larger projects. Each purse is unique, with the exact pattern and colour placements slightly different each time. Perfect as a small purse for coins, but notes and cards will also easily fit.

Exact dimensions may vary, this is because the usable amount of fabric on the offcuts varies, and we try to maximise the amount used and minimise waste!

The cotton is handwoven. Imperfections in the weave are part of the unique charm of the fabric and are not a fault.

100% Cotton outer & Lining. Plastic or metal Zip with metal Puller. Handmade and Fairly Traded from Nepal. Suitable for Vegans.

Natural dyes may run when wet. Dark colours may transfer on to other fabrics or surfaces. Handwash in cold water.

Eco & Socially Conscious Product

These cotton pouches are made from offcuts of cotton fabric from larger projects. The zip tape is often also end of rolls and off cuts from larger garments. Our artisans sew these pouches up during quiet periods when they do not have other work. This means that they can continue to have stable employment and income.
