We are happy to now offer free shipping on all UK orders over £40. Please select the ‘Free Shipping’ option at checkout.
Postage and Packaging charges apply to your entire order. Bulky items, which includes knitted and cotton jackets as well as other large items, incur a higher charge. Shipping charges for your order are displayed in your cart.
Royal Mail has increased their charges as of March 2020. We have updated our rates to reflect this.

UK Express Shipping with Saturday Delivery £20.50 (Dispatched same or next working day and guaranteed by 1pm the following day Monday to Friday only. Please order before 12pm on Friday for Saturday Delivery. Items ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be posted Monday for Tuesday delivery. We will notify you of dispatch)
PLEASE NOTE : We are a very small business and are not always able to offer express shipping, for example during festival season when all our staff are in a field somewhere! During these times we will either remove the option for express or contact you if we cannot fulfill your order as quickly as you need. Please contact us if express is not available, but you need something quickly and we will do our best to help.
Europe £6 light / £20 Standard/Bulky – to European, including all EU, countries. this also includes the Channel Islands, but please be assured that we will refund significant overcharges to reflect the true cost of postage and packaging.
United States £10 light / £35 Standard/Bulky – Due to a change in US policy Royal Mail has created a new ‘Zone’ for US shipping as of July 2020. the US is now in Zone 3, and prices have increased considerably. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this. If we can send for lower than the price quoted we will refund you the difference.
Rest of World (excluding US) International £10 light /£28 Standard/Bulky flat rate

Please note that these rates are based on average costs for us to ship to you. Our products vary in weight and size, and sometimes these averages do not reflect the true cost of shipping. If we are unable to post for the price quoted to you, we may have to amend or cancel your order. We will always notify you of this first. We also refund the difference if the shipping charge is over and beyond what it has cost us to ship to you.
We always try to accurately reflect the true cost of posting and packaging. If you would like to double check the shipping rates for your order please get in touch via the Contact page and we will do our best to help you.
All items are posted via Royal Mail or courier for larger, heavier items. We always use a recorded service with signature upon delivery. We usually dispatch the next working day. Please allow upto 5 working days from order to delivery. Any concerns please get in touch here.
Please note that Customs charges may be applicable. We are not responsible for these charges which are required by law to be paid at varying rates depending on the import country. Please check your local laws to ascertain whether customs charges are likely to be incurred on your delivery.
We are happy to accept items returned within 28 days of receipt for exchange or refund, subject to the policy outlined below.
To return items, please fill in the bottom of the invoice as instructed. Items must be unwashed, unworn and still have their tags and labels attached. Package the goods in suitable wrapping and return to the address provided within 28 day of receipt. Please ensure that you include the invoice with the goods, and that you have detailed the items you are returning and why. Let us know the full details of the items you want in exchange, or whether a refund is required. If items to be exchanged are more expensive than the original items you will need to supply an email address where we can send you an invoice for the additional amount, the exchange will not be made until this payment is received.
If you no longer have the invoice, please include your name, contact details and the order number, which can be found on your confirmation email.
In order to keep our prices low, we are not able to refund return postage charges and therefore ask you to please only return goods that you need to return – unless they are faulty or sent in error, see below. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and adequate insurance to cover the items should the parcel be lost or damaged in transit. Karma Gear cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
We will refund your order, via Paypal (the same method by which payment was made) as soon as possible once we have received your return, however please allow 14 working days for refund to be made. You have a statutory right to have a full refund if you notify us in writing within seven working days from the day after you receive your goods that you intend on returning your order to us.
Items returned in an unacceptable state – including but not limited to: labels removed, worn and/or damaged items, inadequate packaging resulting in damage – will not be fully refunded, any refund will be at our full discretion. This does not apply to faulty goods or items sent in error.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. If your item is faulty or has been sent in error then please contact us first, before returning the item following the instructions above. We do not expect you to pay return postage for items that are faulty or incorrect, and therefore we will refund you the postage amount specified on the returned parcel, in addition to your original payment amount for the item(s) in question.
