We recommend getting your orders in as soon as you can, as there are always delays at Christmas time. We will do our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible, and track their whereabouts but inevitably some parcels do get delayed.

We continue to support our Local Post Office by sending with Royal Mail, however we will also be using courier services – usually Evri or DPD – to plug the gap during this time. Due to the increase in demand, courier services are also experiencing delays.

Please note that we cannot chase parcels until 10 working days after the delivery date – this is Royal Mail’s policy. We will of course, do everything that we can to make sure your parcel gets to you as quickly as possible. Keep an eye out for ‘Red cards’ left by the postperson, as any parcels not collected from delivery offices within 10 days will be returned to us.

Dispatch, Services used and recommended dates

Here is our guide to the last order dates for Christmas delivery. These are based on Post Office/courier recommendations and we cannot guarantee arrival.

Our express services are usually sent via Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm Special Delivery, although occasionally are sent via DPD, Evri or other courier if Royal Mail cannot fulfill the delivery.

Your order will be dispatched either the same or the next working day, depending on the timing, size and contents of your order. Most orders will receive a postage notification through PayPal with tracking information. Please contact us at any time for an update on your order – we can usually provide additional dispatch and/or tracking information.

All purchases made from 1st November until 31st December 2023 can be returned for exchange or refund anytime until 31st January 2023. Please read our Returns Policy here.
